Needs an hour to open up completely. Gorgeous in every way.
Floral nose, very aromatic. Cold, intense fruit, apples, cherries, orange peel? Spices.
Palate is full of cold, dark fruit after opening up properly up. Heavy, concentrated, thick, syrupy goodness runs slowly over the tongue. Delightful!
To conclude, the 2010 vintage is very much alive. This wine could last another 5-7 years in the cellar without issue.
