  (100% Marsanne, 13.5% Alkohol) Kräftiges Gelb, bernsteinfarbene Reflexe. Die Nase ist von Aprikosen geprägt, dazu Mandelblüten, Honig, Rosinen, geröstete Nüsse, ein Hauch von Kleber schwingt mit, top komplex. Im Gaumen dicht, knackige Säure, viel Frucht, reichhaltig, üppig und doch sehr harmonisch, hier paart sich Kraft mit Eleganz. Im Abgang von sehr guter Länge, cremig und frisch. Ein sehr, sehr schöner Süsswein mit grossen Reserven. Jetzt bis 2040+

  The perfect end to our Thanksgiving dinner. This is just a beautiful bottle of wine for dessert. The palate is guava, orange, baked apple and vanilla. This wine is sweet without being overly sweet. The finish is long and smooth.

  Beautiful wine. Rich, lush and complete without being too sweet. Notes of pomelo, candied oranges, beeswax and vanilla.

  This is a special wine. It’s like liquid gold. Viscous, palate coating, and full of incredible flavor. Best dessert wine I have ever had.

  Honey gold color. On the nose: Apricot, brown sugar and some lime. On the palate: Apricot, brown sugar, tart Tatine. God this is good. I bought 2 bottles 5 years ago and it’s Christmas so time to try. What a good idea that was. I really appreciate sweet wines but don’t often drink. I’ve never had a Vin de Paille Hermitage before. Put this style on your list. It’s fabulous.
