Free Corkage Monday (Pinot Noir) (Table at 7): Aired in decanter and drank over 2 hours. Initially closed very tight and only opened up after 1 hour. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of floral roses, wild red cherries, ripe strawberries, cranberries. Floral notes and baking spice more obvious with more air. Developing. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of red cherries, strawberries, cranberries, red apple, and sweet baking spice. Medium finish. Very good quality. A restrained New World style that is all the more tight at this point in time. Balance is good. Still young, I would say give this another 3 years to enter its drinking window. Blend of the best barrels from the best vineyards.

W guiche type dish. Not super interesting but well made. Good fruit and decent length. Drink now. Perfect combo.

Bright ruby. Intense strawberry/cherry fruit, pleasant soft oak, medium acidity and long finish, all in great harmony. Really enjoyed this.
