  Vanilla, lemon, and toasty oak on the nose. Bone-dry on the palate, with mostly citrus initially, and later, upon aeration, strong flavors of calamansi rind; good creaminess; somewhat sharp finish with notes of lime. Didn't go that well with previously frozen lobster, as it emphasized the fishy flavor. This is one of the few domestic wines to come with with a glass stopper. 13.5% ABV.
