Still a strong acid backbone, but this has added a fair amount of secondary characteristics that impress; it's clearly mellowed. Color still light gold (vs the one opened an hour before which was heavily pre-mox'd and dark gold), nose still offering bright Chard notes. Lengthy finish helps with the Chicken Marsala.
