Could only imagine what this wine was 5-10 years ago. Still had high quality flavor and structure, but could tell it had been weakened with time. I left about a 1/4 of the bottle over night in the fridge. It tasted almost like a completely different wine the next day, equally as interesting. This must have been a truly blissful CA chard in it's day.
