  Typical Pacalet Villages. Red Fruit, lavenda, oriental spices, and some coffee notes. Medium body, nice red fruit and impressive minerals. Good balance and very balanced finale. Approachable now and a Good Gevrey Villages wine.

  BORGOGNA GRANDI VILLAGE ( e non solo!) (Capalbio Resort): Scarico, aranciato come sempre e sempre di più! Acqua di acciughe, erbe amare, legno al caramello, resina, lanolina. E' incredibile come scorra senza attrito, quasi timoroso di toccare le mucose....acqua profumata, esile, a tratti candita, a tratti fumé. Il frutto ci ha lasciato in eredità toni amari e autunnali di un vino maturo, e la pulizia, l' acidità e la freschezza di un vino giovane. Ribadisco per l' ennesima volta che i 2010 di Philippe siano vini unici, di livello altissimo.

  Degustato alla cieca. Classico stile di Pacalet, biodinamico, lunghe macerazioni, zero solfiti. Però ti spiazza la purezza e la nitidezza degli aromi, che in altri esempi del produttore e altre annate, mi erano sembrati meno a fuoco.
  Granato trasparente, medio corpo, un colore da brivido.
  Spezie pungenti, fiori macerati e bucce di ciliegie, un naso stordente, erotico. Vino sottile, molto femminile per un Gevrey, terroso e acidulo, da aspettare ancora qualche anno, ma è davvero una gemma.

Mindre strukturert enn jeg forventer i en Gevrey-Chambertin, men en lett, delikat og svært innsmigrende frukt. Legger på seg vekt med luft, men er langt over på den lette og ikke minst elegante siden. Flott syre som balanserer den innsmigrende frukten på en pen måte. Forførende gjennom hele kvelden, lang.
  
  Bra vin, svært bra for en village.
