  Robe rubis légèrement brunâtre;
  Beau bouquet, élégant, fin, fondu, sur des notes de cerises, d'épices & un petit qqchose de terreux. Belle ensemble harmonieux.
  La bouche est tout aussi élégante que le nez, en finesse, le fruité & les épices sont bien mélangés & présent du début à la fin. Soyeux en attaque, il y a une légère amertume & de l'astringence qui sont présents en finale. Il est assez bien structuré & il y a un impression de poussière de roche omniprésente. Fort agréable!

  A bit shut down at the moment. But it could also be the vintage speaking. A bit tight knit with grainy tannins under a core of fresh strawberries and cherries on a bed of florality and soft yoghurt. Really good, but could get rounder and more accessable with additional cellaring.

  This is starting to become really good. Noticeable maturity both on the nose and palate. Elegant red berries, a touch of underbrush. Tannins have begun to ease making for a dense yet balanced structure.

  2012 Pacalet G.C. Vs. 2010 Pommard.
  - Direkt vor dem Probieren geöffnet
  - Farbe: Pommard ist weniger konzentriert. Blutrot. Dagegen zeigt der G.C. sogar etwas violett.
  - Pommard ist dominiert von Säure. Sauerkirsche. Johannisbeere. Ist einfach nicht so mein Ding.
  - G.C. gefällt mir deutlich besser. Kräftigere Struktur. Etwas Holz, das aber gut integriert ist. Auch Kirsche. Schöner Wein, allerdings zu dem Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet.
