  Bu à La Grande Dégustation de Montréal 2015.
  Nez sur les pommes, la mie de pain et les felurs.
  En bouche, du miel, des poires, un peu de sucre résid. et une finale charmeuse.

  Un joli blanc pour l'apéro. Bel équilibre entre acidité, texture en bouche, pointe de sucre légère en finale. Beau nez de fruits tropicaux, d'écorces d'agrumes, avec une touche minérale.
  Vraiment meilleur lorsque pas trop froid. Servir autour de 12° pour profiter au maximum de la complexité du nez et calmer un peu l'acidité.
  
  Un produit fiable d'un millésime à l'autre et vendu à prix très correct. Un très bon achat!

  Nose of struck flint, gravel, melon, lemon curd. In the mouth this is palpably dense, very close to dry, and strikes a good balance between oiliness and freshness. This is serious Vouvray, especially at this price point.
