Nose: coconut, mango, tropical fruits, vanilla cake, peach, white flower Notes: still very vibrant and lively. Starting to get a little golden in color, this Williams Selyem is oily and full bodied but does not lack the elegance of a great Chardonnay. I'm pleasantly surprised by the energetic and fruit driven nose offered by this wine. Without a doubt this is an excellent aged Charonnay but again this could well be a bit too fat and oily for my palate. Still has plenty of life ahead of it but I'm sure it should stand perfectly for another 6-8 years. Drink: now - 2030 Rating: 90

Pale yellow color, nose of apple and pear with floral background, apple/pear fruit, some spice and minerals, touch of vanilla. long smooth finish. Wine has aged very well. Our last bottle. Great with Ivory King Salmon.

Split the difference between village Montrachet and very high-end Sonoma chard. Touch of saline, subtle pear/orchard fruit, touch of baking spice, gentle minerality. Can go further, but don't see it getting better (doesn't need to get better as it is lovely now : ) .

Still very nice, but not as good as the last bottle. Time to drink up. Very pleasant notes of vanilla and tropic fruit. Complex as always.
