Delicious wine. Richly fruited but with lots of aromatic detail, minerality and acidity on the palate, and good intensity. Perhaps not the finest of vintages, but this is delicious, expressive, and correct wine. Lovely.

Sweaty nose with stoniness and herbs. Fruit rather reserved. Balanced off-dry and fruity palate with stone fruits to more tropical tones. Dried apricots and honeyed florals with layers of beautiful minerality (no in-your-face-slate here). Long. Very nice. Again showing a lot of potential.

Lovely sweet minerality. Not too sweet but very balanced dry stones and slight hint of apple and melon.

German Riesling, By Farr and Burgundy tasting (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street): This wine shares many similar fruit characteristics to the Kabinett, but with a darker, more honeyed aspect and a sour peach finish.

Mineral and limestoney. Generous with great potential. Very dry finish and acid kick after initial medium-dry sweetness. Long.
