  Decanted three hours. Stunning Oakville Cab with licorice, orchard fruit, black pepper, pure and dense cassis, long finish. A beautiful wine showing beautifully. No rush.

  Beautiful, concentrated, great structure, gorgeous fruit. Finally coming around and starting to open and develop. Be fun to follow over the next few years.

  PnP at home for no good reason. In fact, all the glasses are packed for the move so drank out of a solo cup. But this was still terrific. Deep fruited. Nice tannic structure that did not bite too hard at the end despite the wine's youth. This has a long life ahead. 94+

  Did a vertical tasting of 06-10 on New Years Eve. The 2010 was an interesting wine. What was essentially undrinkable at release was quite different 5 months later, showing some real potential to age into a very good wine. It's still young with pronounced tannins. Some serious fruit on the nose, and some depth of cocoa and coffee. This is one to hold an watch - it is destined to improve with age.
