Great Pinot. I usually drink these relatively young, less than 10 years old. This one is going strong. The ripeness and youthful energy typical of Martinelli is a bit toned down, but solid fruit and complexity remain. Nice long finish with a hint of salinity that isn’t usually present in the younger version. The wine is in a good place for me. I expect it to stay here for a few more years.

Disappointing give the past bottles of Blue Slide Ridge Pinot's I have had in the past. Had this with my wine group, following 2 Oregon Pinots and it tasted clunky, without any finesse. The fruit seemed slightly muted and 2 (out of 8 of us), thought they tasted a slight fizzyness.

Bright scarlet. Ripe strawberry fruit A bit tart and alcohol clearly present But big and gutsy and flavorful Clearly not an elegant wine... But who cares

My last of the 2010s. Much better than my previous bottle.
