Rhys @ QCH (Quality Chop House, London): Floral, fragrant and almost a touch of botrytis on the nose. Drier on the attack than expected after the nose. Quite mineral and saline with good cut. A bit richer around its edges. Very focused and mineral though. Really dense and persistent cut through with a wonderful line. ****
