  A lovely pure watervale riesling that needs time to show all its wares. Lots of citrus flowers and some lime on the nose, the palate is deep and restrained - drank better on 2nd day - lots of rocks and lime juice cordial, lovely lenght and nice fresh acid finish without any hardness - not as good as 2005 or 2002 but will cellar well for 10 years at least.

  Lovely and elegant. Soft florals on the nose, with acacia blossom, lemon blossom and some lanolin. A beauty on the palate, soft and inviting, nice lingering flavours of lime drops, fresh lemon juice. Subtle minerality. Good acid balance. Highly drinkable.
