  • Only one Riesling made which is the Watervale. Screwcap. Clear Gold colour. Really beautiful nose with strong kaffir lime elements, no petrol or 'kero' at all, smells mid development with lime, mountain stream freshness. Superb aged riesling character with lime, lemon, citrus, good acidity, cutting, refreshing, long finish.Seems to dance on the tongue and be light yet intense at the same time - that great riesling paradox. I think this is at peak and has 10 years drinking window forwards. Prob <$10 on release, amazing QPR. You can drink this on its own but goes great with seafood starters. Like the best Watervale's this needed 10 years to bloom and can be 'dumb' at 5 years.
