Pierre Bouree as winemaker by Luis Gutiérrez (Enoteca Barolo - Madrid): Artificial nose? Some violets, floral but artificial like an spray. Smells like that old open can that is living in your fridge for a long time. It's not going to be a long distance runner, I think. Mouthfeel is flat. Definitively it's not my style.
¿Nariz artificial? Algo de violetas, floral pero artificial como un spray. Huele como esa vieja lata abierta que vive en tu nevera desde hace tiempo. No va a ser un corredor de larga distancia, creo. La sensación en boca es plana. Definitivamente no es mi estilo.
