A private lunch (Restaurant El Celler de Can Roca ***, Girona, Spain): Toasty, burnt nuts, sweet, dark, caramelized apple; on the palate medium-dry, not extremely concentrated but intense and savoury and with typical Solera elegance, excellent acidity; very good length.
