Drank over 2 nights. Initial nose had interesting sort of exotic fruit and green notes. On the palate, it had a hint of acidity, but mostly tasted of green apples and stems. On day 2, the acidity was gone and it just tasted of simple apple juice. Nothing special going on here and much better choices out of Germany if you want a Riesling.

Clear light straw in colour; melon, apricot and honeysuckle; nice acidity, mellow with hint of sweetness; well-balanced with medium to long finish. We'll look to add more bottles to our cellar when we visit the winery later this year. Should have a fairly long cellar life as well.

Ripe citrus, apple, beeswax, mineral, sour cream and pastries on the nose. Dry, fresh and fine with a pleasant bitterness. Long, evolving finish.
