Lovely riesling that is quite tart and focused (with that hint of sweetness too). I get typical tart apple, beeswax, yet this also gives more stoniness and an impression of purity and elegance putting it a step above many similar others.

A dry light-bodied Riesling with 11.5% abv. Has a pale straw color. Slightly-sweet mineral scent with hints of orange. Quite acidic and dry with little sweetness. Lemon and wet stone flavors. Long finish with sourness fading into a dry mouthfeel.

Pale straw color. Aromas of white grape, floral, and Macintosh apple with mineral background. Mostly dry with firm acidity and a long, bright finish. Should become even more impressive with time in the cellar. 3.5/5

Big floral nose. Flavors of stone, tart apple, lemon citrus. A touch off-dry on the finish. Still very young. Years of life left.
