This feels like a once solid riesling that is past peak. This may have been a bad bottle, I am not sure. The wine making style and drinking windows from other suggest it should not be this far past peak.
On the nose, you are hit with petrol, grapefruit and melon. The fruit had a vibrancy and concentration that suggested at a promising palate.
Unfortunately, the palate was a bit hollow as the fruit had completely disappeared. Lemon oil bitterness and mineral salinity mark a dry finish.
I do want to revisit this producer, as it was so promising on the nose. If the juicy melon concentration was present in the palate, it would've been a very nice wine.

Light gold in colour; melon, honeysuckle and white flowers on the nose; well balanced; some apple on palate with nice, full finish. This is a keeper that's gotten better year after year.

Straw yellow; lemons, limes, minerals; citrusy, minerally, slightly buttery, light-medium body, decent structure, tangy acidity, lingering finish. Very minerally with a more buttery than petrol note. Also had the steely acidity typical of Niagara Rieslings. Good but pricey.

Light yellow/green color. Some lemon-grass, citrus and floral notes on the nose. Good intense acidity, and a medium long taste. Unfortunately a bit light taste, lacking intensity.

Dry riesling with slate, mineral and lime tones. Clean. Nice.
