Primrose Dinner (Primrose - Washington, DC): This showed way better than I was expecting. I was worried it would be a bit tired and too feral, but it was singing. Very pale ruby color with a slight spritz. Gorgeous aromas of raspberries, red apple peel, candied orange peel, rose petals, tobacco, white pepper. Crisp and nervy on the palate. Crunchy, bright fruit (red apple, raspberry, red apple peel) mixed with lots of flowers, tobacco, white pepper, mint.

Had at a wine dinner. N cherry minerals and herbs and dill P spritzy, cherry, minerals, chalk F average finish with decent structure honestly I would have called this flawed if not being with a pretty experienced group with this producer, this spritzyness in a red wine is not my thing.

From memory, pale translucent strawberry, some spritz and funk, underripe trousseau flavors, more interesting than appealing.

Raw and natural with big red fruits with a touch of spritz. Drink up as this is peaked.

Super pretty. Gorgeous light red in color. Nice balance of powerful red fruits on the palate.
