I think 93-94 is probably dead bang on for this vintage. Needs a 1-2 hour decant, needs room temp to maximize what it has left. Aged red fruit, integrated tannins, pleasant acidity with a nice spice box/cedar quality to the ending which goes on for a good 20- 30 seconds in the back of the throat. Lots of residue in the bottle so filter......nice.

Lokoya/Cardinale Dinner: Tasted next to the 2009 Lokoya Howell Mountain. This was very good, but not as great as its sibling.

22 months new French oak. Smooth, layered, fine tannins, finish has several notes. Great wine, but expensive!
