Beautiful golden straw color. Tight and tiny bubbles. Yeast an butter to the nose. Rather thick mouth feel. Citrus explosion on the tongue with lemon, lime and quite a bit of grapefruit. Blends into a buttery bit with a mellow aftertaste that lingers longer than an NFL scandal. Truly a delight with or without food.

Palest lemon color, this wine even looks silky. Delicately balanced aromas of mandarin orange, toasted brioche, a little green apple and faint yeast suggest a soft wine. The first slurp will banish any such concern. The mouthfeel is crisp, clean and assertive, due in no small part to the teeny tiny bubbles. Flavors pop like popcorn, dough, lime and a little nuttiness combine for a delicate yet definite flavor profile. A very adult sparkler, dry, that pairs well with food (we had a seafood pasta). Well worth a quaff!
Pale straw color. Tight pinprick bubbles. Not overly effervescent. Strong yeastiness to the nose. Lemony palate with some toasty almond on the back. Crisp and dry. Finishes instantly. Delightful.
