Pale, straw yellow color. Candied lemons with a touch of funk and brett on the nose. The palate is refreshing, light, zesty, tangy and medium, bringing green apples, kiwi lime, herbs and olives, and lingering, creamy notes of honey and pears. The finish outlasts this wine's price point. A great Kermit QPR that paired wonderfully with leftover salmon.

Quite ready to consume. Full yellow color nicely developed. Good acid, nice lemon aroma. Lovely finish. Drank over two nights the second night it showed a slight fading but still nice.

A nice, mineral-laced wine will greet those price-point-conscious California Chardonnay lovers who attempt to expand their horizons by purchasing something from this underrated Burgundy appellation. Medium-gold in color, it offers up aromas and flavors of wet stones, honeysuckle, citrus and spice. Very fresh, light-to-medium-bodied and with seamless alcohol (13.0%), the wine is solid in the middle and closes with a medium-length finish. Drink now-2015.
