  shared with pat at selkirk manor. celebrating her birthday. have had several vintages of this wine over the years. some bottles were outstanding. others suffered from premature oxidation. this bottle proved to be primo. some evidence of age in the golden color. but, no hint of oxidation. nice combination of flavors- butter, walnut, vanilla, cream soda (minus the bubbles). the complex flavor profile forces careful attention. haven't seen recent vintages in my usual retail haunts. need to do some homework.

  Golden yellow. Lovely buttery fruity nose. Intense flavors of peaches combining with vanilla cream in a moreish fashion. Long finish introduces a citrus component to cleanse the palate.

  Rich CA Chardonnay with moderate malolactic notes and hints of oak. I enjoyed the wine as it has layers that provide interest.

  Just wonderful. Medium gold color. Pears, butter, and vanilla. Extremely rich, with a nice tingle of acidity on its long finish. Drinking beautifully right now. Wish I had more.
