Plentiful acid, rich red fruit. Showing well, but still somewhat young. I'd love a little more complexity though.

This is drinking really well, much better than I expected based on other 2011s. Nice baking spices on the nose and through the finish. Good balance of fruit and secondary flavors. In a very nice spot.

BTG at 67 Pall Mall.
An abundance of floral and black fruit aromatics hit me at first sniff. Hedonism came to mind immediately but on the palette, this was restrained and balanced.
Black fruit and balanced with nice minerality and some vegetal notes. Went down so smoothly and i wished they poured more.
First experience of Hudelot Noellat and i am a fan already.
