Really enjoyed this with a very cool dusty note on the nose followed by traditional leather, cassis, wild blackberries, spice box on a tight balanced frame and held up for 5 days in the bottle.

Pronounced, bracing acidity comes to the forefront of this walla walla cab, with bright bing cherry, straw, silt, and strangely mushroom on the nose. Took a while to open up, but once it did it was much better. Lack of tannic structure aside, this was a decent wine.

Minimum oak on the nose and palate, with a notable savory element. Tasted blind and it put my mind to Italy, from Tuscany and further south. Decent balance, though on the hot side. More acidic than tannic. 88-89.
