Tasmania Unbottled: Oats, straw and spices. Palate has good punch and it handles it better than the 2013 Primavera, with fine acidity and structure around the fruit weight. It isn't restrained but it is nice for the style.

Just what you except from a 'Tassie chardy.' Vanilin oak, creamy lees, good fruit and searing acid that needs 5-10 years gentle cellaring before you think about tasting a la yattana. Clearly one for the cellar. 91+ points.

Deja Vu Trade Tasting (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Peach and slight citrus notes, cream, butter, fresh. In the mouth medium plus body, fruit the fore followed by spices, including cloves, long finish. Very good indeed
