  Purchased this magnum at a Napa tasting room in 2012 and stored properly since. This needed about 30 minutes to fully open up. Velvety plush fruits up front led into a decently balanced wine with a nice finish. This was certainly in its prime and best consumed within the next few years. I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. It started to fade somewhat around hour 3. This paired well with northern Italian cuisine.

  Really enjoyed this California blend.
  Color is dark red. Scents are red (and a little bit black) berries. Tastes are consistent with scents, with good acidity.
