This was the La Bergerie bottling and had the typically glorious Ruby/Ochre colour that 1970s often have. A gentle but healthy nose and a lovely constant mature, yet very balanced cabernet flavour. Acidity is excellent and though a very slight sense of volatility on finish it held up beautifully throughout. Mid Weight clean yet rustic. Lovely.

cork broke in two but managed to remove all.
balance a little to much sour, red fruit, soft and not a very long aftertaste.
