Lovely juice. Evidences true typicity, with waxy peach and herbal notes. A bit high in acidity, but this should mellow over time. CT drinking window seems too impatient to me. Will show improvement for 7-10 more years IMO.

Kitchen W8 (Kensington) after introducing future daughter-in-law to granny. Limited note taking. This was a wonderfully fresh rendition of the traditional white Rhône Marsanne (75%) Roussanne blend. Firm peach and juicy subtly aromatic white fruits with a dash of green herb and good acidity. Dry. Drinking beautifully now and for the next 18 months or so. Excellent and very good value off the list.

Los Olivos Tasting: A blend of 75% Marsanne, 25% Roussanne. Great grassy notes on the nose, which is very savory/saline with hints of nuts. On the palate, medium+ to high acidity with a lot of juiciness. A bit of creaminess on the palate softens the acidity a bit. This seems very food friendly. Great QPR.

75% Marsanne, 25% Roussanne. Delicious and skilful blend approaching maturity. Very good indeed.
