  • As with a large number of Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc's this wine is made in a fume blanc style with the wine seeing time in barrel and on lees. The resultant wine has depth and character.

The nose has varietal passionfruit with a high note of gooseberry and savoury grassy aromas.

The wine is rounded on entry with good drive of tropical fruits, the mouthfeel builds with layers of depth with time on lees and oak contact the main contributors. The wine finishes with good acidity and depth and will hold for the next couple of years.
