  This wine has a surprising amount of vibrancy left in it. The lush palate features layers of apple, honey, nuts and smoke that lead to a crisp and lengthy finish. This wine is fairly full-bodied for Chablis, with plenty of balancing acidity. This will not likely get any better with age, so I would recommend drinking these soon.

  This bottle was very youthful, I expected to find something a bit more tired or with secondary nuances. The color was a nice pale golden color, with nice green rim. On the eyes it was as if this was only a two to three years old. The bouquet of the wine was very clean and crisp, layers and layers of different smells that were precise. Great aromas of caramelized butter, white flowers, honey, orange rind, and small amounts of yeast, banana skin, and crushed stones on the back. On the palate the texture was supple and luscious, smooth and dense but not too over cloying. A great amount of pear and apricots on the attack, followed through into the mid-palate with hints of tart pineapple and sweet lemon juice. The finish is quite perplexing, great acidity hidden behind crushed stone flavors with small amounts of crushed pepper and slight smoke. The wine was clean, crisp, loaded with flavors, soft mouth coating texture, with a very long finish. Bottle No. 7143.

  Not as good as previous bottle. I thought initially that there was some oxidation. It did not seem to progress with air however. Wine is golden color. Nose of nuts with some caramel. Soft, lush palate. Some acid on finish, but could use more.

  Medium gold. Caramel, citrus nose. Rich soft palate with honey and tropical fruits. Very nice wine.

  Medium golden, with lovely perfumey nose, ripe fruit, but held together with excellent balance. butterscotch, citrus, and great freshness. Some honey, banana, lemon curd, and white flowers. Rich and lovely texture. really great texture to be honest. More exotic pineapple- banana notes. Well balanced and at peak. Excellent stuff. 92 pts
