Didn't feel like Chablis at all, but if you told me it was a 1er cru Cote d'Or I'd believe it. Rich, tart, citrus-y with some fun partial MLF and lightly oaked complexity underneath.

Ravinia at Home (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Tasted two days ago, note is from memory. More 2015 richness than Chablis character, good also good weight, maybe borderline Grand Cru density. Best to enjoy over then ext few years.

Cubs Playoff Wines (Lake Forest, IL): Nice core of hard apple fruits and silky texture showing good weight. Less nuanced or complex than expected, but likely a big closed at this point. A bit hard to assess perhaps?
