This was a 375 size bottle. Forgot I even had it. Thought for sure it would be flat, dead, and had exceeded its life expectancy. We were fortunately surprised to find it still had a crisp nose and pallet. Slightly acidic, vibrant, and still one of the best Sav Blancs I've ever had.

Impromptu White Wine Session (B&B Parkway): Tasted blind. From 375ml bottle. Pop and poured. Drank over 2 hours. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with in-your-face aromas of exotic fruits - rambutans, lychees, mangoes, candied peaches, and rocky minerality. Youthful. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (14.2%), full body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of an Asian fruit stall - rambutans, lychees, mangoes, candied peaches, sweet creaminess, and some rocky minerality. Long finish. This had me thinking Gewurztraminer right from the start to the end. What the heck?! How does Sauvignon Blanc smell and taste like that?! Objectively, it is a very well-made and enjoyable bottle of wine and I like it. Drink up over next 2 years. Not enough acidity to balance the full body for extended ageing. Regular sized bottles might last longer. Aged 6 months in 30% French oak and 70% stainless steel.

Gorgeous. Opened up nicely with air. Pink grapefruit all day long. Elegant and lots of acidity.
One of the better SB I've ever tasted.
