  Croûte citron dans le nez. En bouche, des agrumes, un peu d'herbe verte et belle minéralité. Cette bouteille sera très attrayant pour les fans du style de chardonnay oxydé. Un vin fascinant avec beaucoup de caractère.

Shows a lot of finesse in the aromatics as well as on the palate. Really impressed with the purity of fruit and minerality. The acidity with a touch of saline make the mouth water -- and definitely make for a great food wine -- but I preferred to drink this by itself in order to give it all of my attention. Outstanding -- especially given the under $25 price point.

  Light color. Gorgeous slightly oxidized nose. evovles into white nuts like almonds. lots fo sherry phenols. On the palate this is the Thai food if wine: by turns salty, sweet, sour, bitter, umami. On the finish I get the savory note hard. Like chicken stock. Paired really well with slightly acidic food too--even a salad.
