  Bone dry on the palate, adequate acidity, nice follow-through on the finish. Better on the nose than the palate, but this is pretty good all in.

  Nose: Roses and red fruits with some slate qualities. Palate: Fresh watermelon and strawberries with the slate minerality showing and a clean, surprisingly long finish for a Rose. Really nice Tavel. For $15/btl on sale I will buy more of this.
