  RODANO vs. ITALIA (RISTORANTE TRE GALLI TORINO): Degustato alla cieca. Dorato tenue, vespasiano umido, idrocarburi, quasi cloro. Burro chiarificato, talco alle erbe balsamiche e una lieve freschezza citrina. E' tutto molto da cercare, lieve e poco espansivo.
  Poi la tonalità amara del rovere.
  In bocca è molto affilato, ossuto e acidulo, percorso da una mineralità vibrante, quasi elettrica.
  Finale molto teso e citrino in cui l' alcool è ancora troppo sensibile.
  Vino in ottimo stato di forma, giocato in sottrazione che non manca di personalità
