Nice showing tonight. A bit of spice and some sun (Vaudesir always shows that to my taste) but grows more mineral in the glass. Great over 1+ plus open. Like a lot of '12s they're drinking great but this is probably still a few years away from apogee

Wonderful wine with the Fevre hallmark of the balance between fruit and acidity. Mineral, pear, mango, green banana on a lifted and perfectly integrated nose; on the palate, good structure and depth, but probably not with that clarity that I was expecting. so deep but a little undefined.
I am almost certainly drinking it too young, but then I ask myself if its deepens in age where will that clarity come from?

Amazing classy and balanced wine; fresh clean citrus on the nose with honeysuckle and petrichor yet plenty rich and showing real dry extract. First guess was a superb Corton Charlemagne. Salinity only emerged mid-palate and rounded out an extraordinary wine. Still no one guessed Chablis! Truly outstanding, a rounded and complex wine (I was still guessing Chevalier Montrachet!)

Young and tight, hard to get a read on; at first whiff, this didn't scream Chablis but this shows a lot of salty citrus fruits with definitive floral tones, flint, a touch of oak. Incredibly soft, weightless impression on the midpalate. Long, fresh, mineral finish. Needs another 3-4 years to check in again. Not as intense as the 2011 Preuses tasted a little while ago.

Light color. Nose is nice but restrained. Palate has acidity but very balanced. Pretty good.
