35% comes from the premium wine (older vines & french oak), 65% from new vines and stainless steel. Straw color. Tropical flowers and stone fruit in the nose. Oak very (but not too) present. Long finish. Solid wine. Would pare well with bbq-ed fish like anchovies and perhaps crustaceans.
