  Oyster shell, sweet spices and florals on the nose. Initially sweet and creamy mouthfeel, but then surprisingly fresh and salty finish.

  Popped and poured. Medium straw colour. Peaches, sea breeze, nettle leaves and a little spice on the nose and palate. Flavourful and well balanced. Sound quality – enjoyable, if not terribly exciting for a $30 wine.

  Citrusy and refreshing. Good acid. Went well with chicken piccata.

  Color amarillo bien pálido, brillante y limpio con una fina lágrima bien abundante. En nariz muestra una notable complejidad de aromas de fruta blanca (pera verde y manzana roja), cítricos (limón fresco) y fruta de la pasión, ligeros y suaves ahumados que le aportan profundidad, hierbas frescas que aligeran el peso de la barrica y toque de flor blanca que le aporta suavidad a un conjunto bastante expresivo. En boca es en general bastante fresco y ligero, notable recorrido con cierta garra, cítricos frescos, suaves sensaciones rugosas de la barrica pero pasan imperceptibles, gran acidez, untuoso y sensaciones herbáceas, buena persistencia. Final bien largo y postgusto de cítricos maduros.
  
  Gran añada, aunque aún se muestra bastante cerrado. Aconsejaría una decantación en frío y darle más tiempo en botella.
