Brown sugar, yeah; probably a wee bit too late here, but even four days after opening there is a lot to look for here: Honey, roasted notes, hints of coffee and an immense concentration. Serious length. Drink up. #BiastroDinnerChezMoi

Dark gold colour, definitely well stored. Very compelling profile of apricot with hints of mandarin and burnished pineapple, against a light honey background; very concentrated but with a clear acid streak running through it such that it feels quite ethereal. Really beautiful ****1/2+

Nez de marmelade avec des touches de mélasse. La bouche est conséquente, riche et sucrée, large et complexe, on voudrait cependant un peu plus de fraîcheur. C'est long et...cochon!

Golden in color. Nose of apricot marmelade, oranges and caramel. Lots of sweetness but still elegant. A nice sweetwine. Drink now - 2035.
