Translucent burgundy color. Bright refreshing aromas of fresh cut herbs, juniper berries, and cooked prunes. The palate reveals additional cherries with an all spice finish. Smooth, elegant, and feminine.

Called "EN Chevrets" on the label. Bright dark red. Not much interest in the bouquet. Palate OK. A bit on the "big" (clumsy?) side. Simple fruit with a bit too much in the way of final bitter herbs. Very disappointing, and very poor value.
No improvement on day 2.
