Blind tasting. Pnp, served at 16°C. Surprising autumn hue, almost copper. Nose very expressive of oxydised apples with marmelade, old orange juice, camphre and honey suckle. Nice acidity light bitter and overall elegance in oxydition and minerality. A very good exemple of biodynamie and savoir faire.

Blind tasted. Shiny brass colored bordering on copper. Very pronounced oxidized, high-toned, tangerine notes. Some decomposed aromas, yet inviting. Much more alive than expected. Vibrant acidity. Back to under-ripe tangerines but with body and texture. Finishes slightly bitter but surprising richness. Really good! Looks like I tried this back in 2017 and thought it past due, but I will eat my words and admit I was completely wrong….

Danny Yu dinner. Everything it should be. Fresh. Clean. Wool, honey, rich and in balance with intense acid lifting the whole palate. Of note, had next to 2012 clos du Bourg Demi-sec that had crumbling cork and was oxidized. This showed fresher, thicker, denser, and even sweeter. Brilliant bottle
