  By the glass. Lovely, precise yet robust cocktail of green lime, buttery croissants and spices from wood. All topped with a mineral, wet stone note. That's what we call complexity just in one. Still young on the palate, the best is yet to come. For what it is, my sort of Ch-M.
  
  Por copas. Un rico combinado de limas verdes, croissants de mantequilla y especias procedentes de la madera y aún así preciso y robusto. Todo coronado con una nota mineral de piedra de río. Eso es complejidad en uno. Al paladar todavía es muy joven y lo mejor está por venir. Po lo que es, la clase de Ch-M que me va.
