  • This wine was a nice surprise for the group, as it was some people’s first experience with the wines of Tremblay. Her wines are always elegant, romantic and aromatic and this one was not different. Red fruits, violets and a touch of green on the nose. On the medium- bodied palate, lots of limestone and minerals with more red berries and a beautiful, lengthy mineral finish. The whole cluster inclusion here is evident and clearly this wine could also do with 5 more years in your cellar, but this was high on everyone’s list for the best wine we had that evening.

93 pts

  • Opened 3 hours upon serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Purplish ruby to the eyes.

Very subtle florals driven, herbaceous too. Organic purplish berry fruits. Some oak, cherry cola too.

Nice stuff. 93 points to me.

Excellent.
