Panama Hatties Dinner: Pale straw in color. Opens with an elegant floral nose. Quickly reveals tropical fruits and minerals. Incredible attack. Full-bodied with creamy texture. Loved it and I don't often love whites.

(Panama Hatties wine dinner) Floral, peaches, and just a bit of oak on the nose. Nice creamy texture, good sweetness, nice fruit and some minerals. Delicious!

This wine was great, for a white. Not too sweet, not bitter, most excellent!

Wines of Delas Freres (Raffles Hotel Wine, Food and Arts Experience 2007) (Raffles Hotel, Singapore): Single vineyard next to Grillet. Light gold. Exotically perfumed with dried apricots, lemon peel and a touch of oak. Fat and oily on the palate, becoming more viscous as it warms up in the glass. Delicious swirl of kumquat and lemonade with minerals on the long, dry finish.
