Citric, green grapes and apple fruit, fresh herbacious notes and white flowers. On the palate a velvety and oily texture with just about sufficient acidity to maintain some freshness. Have been consistently scoring this 93 over the last 2 years and this was not much different.

A finely peppered spicy nose, white and yellow flowers. A citric fruit paired with quince. Slight wooden oak notes and also a cool mineral touch. Slightly oily texture, acidic structure remains fully intact. In a good spot right now. Very consistent performance here, tasted once per year over 3 years now and consistently delivers. 5-man consensus score is 92.6 (range 92-93).

Intense floral bouquet, also some herbs (camomile) with the fruit reminding me of a slightly unripe green pear. Good amount of steely mineral notes as a balancing factor. Dense and full bodied with enough acidity to complement a creamy texture. An abrupt finish is maybe one of the negatives worth highlighting. Drinks perfectly right now and fully confirms my last impression about a year ago. Pundits usually say you shouldn‘t cellar viogniers too long otherwise you‘ll lose the signature floral notes, but I am going to keep at least one bottle for at least another 5 years to see if bottle age could add some complexity before the flowers wither...

This is blowing good, starting from the nose - flowers, fragrant and opulent, the body follows the nose, but that richness is transferred to an elegant body that capture all the energy from the nose without being over the top. Pure joy now.

Floral (white flowers like margrites), fruit on the citric side, bit of minerality as support. Some slight bitterness on the palate.
