Pre-Thanksgiving Grower Champagne (Dig Wines, San Francisco): Medium yellow. Subtle aromatics. Good combination of winey fruit, slight toast, and excellent acidity. Long, complex and beautifully balanced. Said to be 80% Pinot Noir but the black fruit character is not overly assertive. For me, the best wine of the flight.

Very highly dosed, I am not sure this is even brut, almost soggy, maybe it's me but sweet PN is just not my thing.
